Top ten game themes move on to the October Monthly Popular Game Theme Poll. There is a three-way tie for tenth place, so twelve game themes are moving on. Moving on: Transformation Pheromones; Orca/Killer Whale; Testicles Growth; Artists Transforming into Last Thing They Drew; Nerds & Himbos; Teats; Minotaurs; Autofellatio; Dadbod; Bad Endings; Corvids (Crow, Raven, Magpie); and Monsters in the Bedroom.

October Monthly Popular Game Theme Poll will start on October 3 with results revealed on October 29. Top four in the October Monthly Popular Game Theme Poll will move on to the November Monthly Semifinal Poll, next the top two in the November Monthly Semifinal Poll will move on to the December Monthly New Game Poll, and the winner of the December Monthly New Game Poll will ultimately become a new game in the future.

The 33 game themes that received at least one vote (but didn't move on to the October poll) will return in the January Monthly Game Theme Qualifier Polls.

The 5 game themes that received zero votes are gone forever.
