The patron who voted for Otter X20 tier is currently in a commission tier and has already mentioned wanting a commission update in April, thus the patron wouldn't be joining the Otter X20 tier, so that vote for an Otter X20 tier is meaningless. Nobody else voted for a new Otter tier. No higher otter tiers will be made.
